The Connection – Physical & Mental Training

We believe that the body and mind are connected and that only with help of our unique physical and mental training combination results can be achieved on the long-term. This way you can set yourself in motion again and at the same time experience peace of mind so that you can transform into the ideal version of you.

In order to re-connect the body with the mind, we will first do a physical and mental analysis to check your current state and which barriers might be standing in the way of the connection. Together with you we decide which physical and mental building blocks we will work on to help you become the best version of you. In ten one hour sessions we will work on the different building blocks in a practical and science-based manner. Depending on the building block, the session will be held in the gym, outside or in the consulting room. At the end we will do a physical and mental analysis again and we will reflect on all the achieved successes until then. Also, we will have a look at what you can do in order to maintain the best version of you on the long-term.
